SB 130 – Prohibits the practice of allowing those sentenced to community service from purchasing credit towards that service in any form, including gift cards, cash or other forms of remuneration.

SB 131 – Prohibits an employer from asking a prospective employee whether that person has ever been arrested when the arrest resulted in charges being withdrawn or if there was a not guilty verdict.

SB 132 – Amends the Local Tax Enabling Act to establish an outer limit of 10 years for action by tax officers or political subdivisions to collect unpaid earned income taxes.
